Robert Krupka

Credit discipline has been the foundation of Mr. Krupka's career in banking. His leadership style uses that base to understand customer needs, develop staff and create metrics for successful operations. In addition, he recognizes that the industry must be compliant with government regulations and include that component in management goals.   His acomplishments include Chief Credit Officer for First Independence Bank a minority owned bank in Detroit, President and CEO for New Liberty Bank coordinating a merger with Bank of Ann Arbor and as Senior Vice President of Commercial lending for SkyBank.  His banking background spands over 35 years.
